Ever hear the old saying, “give me men to match my mountains.” It’s the same idea. In other words, people will grow to meet the challenge.

If that’s the case, then these are not dangerous times at all. Because our leaders are tiny tiny men.

In other words, “give me midgets to match my molehills.”

World War Two veterans like to think they are America’s “greatest generation” because they went through the Depression and won World War Two. They didn’t win it alone. They had help from the British and twenty other countries plus twenty million Russians. The World War Two generation isn’t the greatest American generation, but a distant third. The greatest generation is the Revolutionary War generation because they founded the country and wrote the Constitution we still live under, and defeated the greatest military superpower at that time in the world (Britain). With help from France.

The second greatest is the Civil War generation because there’s nothing worse than a Civil War.

So, if everything is so dangerous today as our leaders tell us. Why do we have midgets in control?

Think of the greatness of Lincoln. A Republican. Yeah, I know he wasn’t perfect. His attitude toward blacks was somewhat condescending. He suspended habeas corpus (court due process) and some other non-cool things. But he also said, we should appeal to the, “better angels of our nature.”

What a wonderful, lyrical, poetic, gentle statement. Asking people to live up to the best within them.

What do we have now?

BushCheney“Go fu..k yourself!” Dick Cheney cussing out Democrat Senator Patrick Leahy.

“There’s that major league asshole” (an enraged George Bush insulting a newspaper reporter).

Little man Bush to another news reporter. “I saw what you wrote you fuc’..in sonofabitch! We’re not gonna forget this.”

The F brothers.

Bush and Cheney. The sheer number of times they use the F word. Nobody since perhaps Richard Nixon has used the F word as much. Why? Where is the dignified gentility of a Lincoln?

Speaking of a cabinet member who had worked against him behind his back and ridiculed him and caused him much grief, Lincoln said, “there is not a man in the United States who would make a better Chief Justice. Chase (Salmon B.) is on the whole, a pretty good fellow and a very able man.”

And what do we have today?

“I’m gonna f…’ck over anybody who opposes this administration (Bush to aides). They’re a bunch of assholes.”

And (Big Bomb) John McCain, responding to critics of the administration last week. “They should be thrown out of the country.”

So much for the right of free speech.

BabyLoveWhy is Bush so enamored with the F word? Is this a Freudian slip of the tongue? He seems to be in love with the F word. Why is a physical act between a man and woman, or two men or two women, that is supposed to represent love. And propagation of the species (at least between a woman and a man).

Why is this used to politically denigrate an opponent by Bush? I mean, let’s be brutally honest here. If somebody hadn’t fuc’..d somebody else

…..BUSH WOULDN’T BE HERE!

Chuck HagelBushI think Bush and his cronies who now make up the Republican Party except for their only decent member, Chuck Hagel (R-Nebraska), should write on the blackboard five thousand times, I promise not to use the F word. Here’s some advice to little tiny Bush. Instead of saying, “I’m gonna get even with you you motherfuck..’r no-good sonofabitch asshole fuc..’in $%%#$^&^^%^^^)#@$!%^^!

Instead of all that, practice saying, I may not agree with what you say, but I’ll defend your right to say it.

That’s how you make a mountain out of a midget.
