This bill is dead for now, for one simple reason: Most Republican Senators and a few “We are half Republican, half Democrat” Democrats, desperately wanted to make the bill tougher with tighter border security measures [OK by Me] and a more arduous legalization process for unlawful immigrants.

The keywords here are: “make the bill tougher and a more arduous” — Read: Gives us more tools with which to harass, jail, depot and tear immigrant families apart, and when we eventually pass the bill — it will be so loaded with restrictions, that we will be able to drug and deport even more of these INVADERS.

No matter how much spin the “nativists” try to put on this bill, it boils down to one persistent mode of Republican bigoted thinking — Get them all out of here, and throw in the blacks if possible, for good measure!. The Republican way of thinking is incredibly illogical. They think like a group of morons, totally oblivious of logic or compromise. Every thought process of a Republican is based on “Us against Them” or some incredibly stupid abstraction of Religion.

A “historically illiterate” electorate, fed to the jowls with monstrous distortions, lies and doctored polls, just makes matters worse.

Senator Reid quite correctly terminated the hundreds of “sneaky amendments” thrown at this bill by Republicans and the “We are half Republican, half Democrat” group of Democrats.

Republicans wanted to make a Bill which was already “punitively” flawed from the get-go, even more flawed.

My suggestion: The Democrats should work harder to win the White House in 2008, and to increase their majorities in both legislative chambers, for that’s the only way to clobber this deadly snake to submission — The Republican Party a.k.a “The Racist Party.”

Half of the United States is composed of uncompromising bigots, prejudiced persons who are intolerant of any and everything differing from their own, and who will never acquiesce to the fact that America’s "whiteness" is diminishing… , and this is not necessarily bad for America.

It scares them to the bone, especially when demagogues like Lou Dobbs and the Fascist group at the “Totally Unfair and Unbalanced” Fox News Channel, tell them that Leprosy is at their doorsteps, brought in by immigrants!

The "marketplace hanging mentality" of the 1700′s and 1800′s has been awakened and is putrid in the air, and Lou Dobbs’ tactical “poops” are set to shift to third gear,
beginning today.
