“I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience that he will bring to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002.”

Which Republican gave this ringing endorsement of Sen. John McCain? Romney? Huckabee?
Believe it or not, it was none other than Hillary Clinton; she would speak kindly of the devil himself if he would finance her presidential campaign.
Hillary’s “lifetime of experience” includes eight years as First Lady, decades of cleaning up after her philandering husband’s bimbo eruptions, a stint serving on the board of Wal-Mart and a few years keeping appearances on the Senate while she devoted every waking minute to running for president.
Compare Hillary’s “lifetime of experience” with Barack Obama’s accomplishments: Graduate of Harvard Law School, community organizer, civil rights attorney, university lecturer, successful term in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004, bestselling author, United States Senator and yes Hillary, an eloquent speaker.
But even if Obama’s only accomplishment was that anti-war speech he gave in 2002, that’s more than Hillary has accomplished in her life. When almost every politician was clamoring for war against Iraq, Obama had the courage and good judgement to go against the tide.
Hillary, on the other hand, voted for war; a blunder for which she has never apologized.
For Hillary to belittle Obama by comparing him unfavorably with McCain, is an unforgivable sin. Hillary should be rebuked by Democratic leaders, and she should be shunned by Democratic voters.
Hillary’s “lifetime of experience” comment will be heard hundreds of times in the near futue; it will probably be used in McCain’s first general election commercial.
