With Clinton trailing rival Barack Obama badly, she ‘prodded’ surrogate Geraldine A. Ferraro to issue a racial ‘Mafioso’ hack job on Obama.
Ferraro said: “If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept.”
Hillary Clinton, when asked about the comments from Ferraro, responded “Well, I don’t agree with that and I think its important that we try to stay focused on issues that matter to the American people.”
Obama called the statement “patently absurd” and “divisive,” while Clinton dismissed it as “regrettable,” saying she thoroughly disagrees with Ferraro’s sentiment.
Consigliere Ferraro has refused to back down from her position.
In a follow-up interview with the Daily Breeze, Ferraro stood by her previous statements and suggested that she is being attacked for this because she is white: “Any time anybody does anything that in any way pulls this campaign down and says let’s address reality and the problems we’re facing in this world, you’re accused of being racist, so you have to shut up,” Ferraro said. “Racism works in two different directions. I really think they’re attacking me because I’m white. How’s that?”
Ms Ferraro — You may have a point that “Racism works in two different directions,” but you seem to ignore the fact that — Racism is a systemic, societal, institutional, omnipresent, and epistemologically embedded phenomenon that has permeated American society for hundreds of years, and still persists — perpetrated by the inventors: White People — to put down people of color. In this instance: Barack Obama
Ferraro also stated on Fox News that Obama should not attack her comments about his race because he needs her to raise money for him if he wins the Democratic Party nomination….LOL!
Meanwhile, as Obama’s advisers demanded a more substantive repudiation, Clinton’s “Auntie Tom, ‘FigureHead’” campaign manager — Maggie Williams quickly conjured a ReTHUGliTOM spin on the issue — by falsely accusing the Obama team of fanning the race issue.

It is important to note that Ferraro and Mondale were defeated in an electoral landslide by incumbent President Ronald Reagan and Vice President George H. W. Bush, in 1984 — Mondale’s only electoral votes came from his home state of Minnesota – which he won by fewer than 3,800 votes – and the District of Columbia.
I bet this bitter defeat really “goads” Consigliere Ferraro — to a point that she is ready to “swift-boat” the “most qualified,” and “most dynamic” presidential candidate of our generation, who happens to be black.
GrandMa Geraldine is just another “Bigot In Liberal Camouflage,” — and is helping Hillary dig up her grave deeper(like she did in 1984) as this primary contest draws to a climactic close.

Obama’s race should not be an issue at all, but Ma Clinton who like many women “love” to “piggy-back” on their husbands’ achievements, is right now a wounded “female hyena” and will break bones all the way to Denver.
America needs change, and it should come through a qualified and “fairly elected” candidate — and it can be a woman, but it doesn’t have to be a tainted old-school “gridlock-magnet” like Hillary Clinton.

For more than a century, American politicians have played on racial fears to divide the electorate and mobilize xenophobic parties. Blacks have been the “domestic enemy,” the eternal outsider within, who could always inspire unity among “we whites.”
Richard Nixon’s Southern strategy was built on this premise, using coded language — “law and order,” “silent majority” — to destroy the alliance between blacks and white labor that had been the foundation of the Democratic Party, and to bring about the Republican ascendancy of the past several decades.
The Willie Horton ad that George H. W. Bush used against Michael Dukakis in 1988 was a crude manifestation of this strategy — as was the racist attack used against John McCain’s daughter, who was adopted from Bangladesh, in the South Carolina Republican primary in 2000….Read More
