The shoot-to-kill policy adopted by dictator Mwai Kibaki after stealing last December’s presidential election, by vote rigging, must be condemned in the strongest terms.
Police officers are responding to a shoot-to-kill order issued by former Internal Security Minister John Michuki — one of dictator Mwai Kibaki’s principle thugs.
“The government and the police have turned this country into killing fields of the innocent” — Opposition leader Raila Odinga.
The police are arbitrarily executing peaceful demonstrators across the country and party politicians are being targeted for assassination, added Mr. Odinga.
