Philip Berg, a Philadelphia attorney, longtime Democrat, and Hillary Clinton Supporter, who together with another lawyer, Leo Donofrio, filed a federal lawsuit challenging Barack Obama’s qualifications to serve as president of the United States, claiming that the circumstances of Obama’s birth are vague and that he may have been born in Kenya, and therefore is not eligible to be president of the United States, had his case thrown out of the Supreme Court yesterday.
