Simple Answer: He would have NO CHANCE

Every black man in America my age has experienced it — we always have to be twice as good as our white counterparts with the same qualifications, in order to be accepted.

To be hired, you are scrutinized more closely, and in many instances I have witnessed less qualified whites hired instead of me, and/or promoted ahead of me.

“Productivity can be an issue for many African Americans,” says Lehman Benson III, Ph.D., assistant professor of management and policy at the University of Arizona in Tuscon. “In the workplace, there is often an unspoken pressure to overachieve.” This, in part, is because African Americans have to be twice as good as their white counterparts.

Pat Buchanan, the White Nationalist political commentator at MSNBC, is fond of saying: “Obama cannot close the sale!…he cannot close the sale!”

The truth Mr Buchanan, is that if Obama had been lily-white, this contest with Deadwood McCain, would have been over in March of this year.

Obama has run an almost flawless campaign, with fewer glitches, and he has maneuvered around potential land mines with the skill of a bomb detector.

Obama first out-classed the Clinton Machine in the primaries, then had to work thrice as hard to have a chance against McCain, who still can win this thing despite running a D+ campaign.
