Oh, I see that you moderate your comments. Looks the Goebbels system is in place. We will see if I actually get posted. Maybe after you consult ACORN or the ACLU for a nice canned response?

You obviously know nothing about this Judge except for your hatred of religion(?) seems to fall in line with hers. Yeah, the Judge is a woman. If you didn't even know that, how could you endorse her as a judge. You should know the decision history of a judge before you praise him/her. Your knowledge of the Constitution is atrocious, too, if you lack the ability to understand that the only restriction placed on the government where religion is concerned is that you can make no LAW regarding the ESTABLISHMENT of religion, a result of nationalized religion in England. NEVER was there a limit to expressing your own beliefs. I have strong religious beliefs and I believe that ANYONE, even a witch, even in school or in Congress, has the right to practice their faith as long as the tenets of that faith do not violate a law against something like rape or murder, etc., acts that 99.999% of human beings recognize as wrong. But go ahead and keep regurgitating the pap of the leftist machine. After all, you have the "news" media on your side. Oh, and take some time to learn about the Constitution. If you dislike or disagree with it, move to China and see if you like that better.
