Huffington Post Poster: The Republicans don’t have anything to stand on for the upcoming elections. They have been against everything that will bring this country back on the path to recovery; voting no to everything positive. They think the only way they can get voters on their team is to promote fear, scapegoat, and blame it on undocumented immigrants who can’t defend themselves.
Republicans have always put the Constitution on a pedestal, now, all of a sudden they want to eliminate the fabric of what makes an American. There is no other criteria of what makes an American but being born here.
Deal with the real problems; the blame has to be put on corporate America and the outsourcing of our jobs. They are sitting on piles of money, have taken plenty in the way of compensation for their CEO’s and stockholders, cut their workforce without raising pay, and shipped most of the jobs overseas. I just spoke to a tech person for help with my cable internet and she was in the Philippines. She was great, did a good job, but the point is that — this is a job that should be done by an American worker.
This is where our anger should be focused. Get the jobs back; Obama can’t do it alone, he has to have cooperation from the big guys in the big corporations. Those greedy companies won’t be satisfied until our labor force is only good for mopping floors and cleaning toilets. [ READ MORE ]
