It seems like ten seconds, not ten years, have passed since our nation was attacked on September, 11, 2001. The horrific images of that fateful day (the plane smashing into the iconic skyscraper, people jumping to their death from the towering inferno, the collapse of both towers) haven’t been dimmed by time, they remain sharp [...]

Our history of involvement in the Middle East has not always been wise. That will not be discussed during the remembrances of 9-11. This website, Politicalarticles.net, allows me to say this. Other websites will not and would censor what you are reading here because they are afraid or angry with ideas with which they don’t agree. There is nothing unpatriotic about the truth, or criticizing the government of this country for its past mistakes in a volatile region. It is not unpatriotic to disagree in a so-called “Free” country.

Harry S. Truman in 1948, challenged Congress to tackle with the post-war nation’s problems and castigated the Republican Congress for its obstinate failure to do so. Obama’s tactical strategy in 2011 is clear and similar. The only political institution less popular than he is at this time is the Congress. An astounding, almost pre-revolutionary 82 percent of the American people think that the Congress is doing a bad job of dealing with the nation’s problems.

Republicans and the Art of Racism: Obama is dealing with an aggressive covert and fascist operation in Congress, in the media and on the streets. Distraction and obstruction, in fact, are the only real agendas of the Republican Party. And their weapon of choice is the most insidious of all: RACISM “We have Saddam Hussein,” [...]

In the contemporary world, we have so many examples of such state leaders especially in Africa who have attempted to manage all aspects of government business but have ended up getting sidetracked from the long term strategic state goals. Recent events in Uganda explain this scenario better – the president seems to have lately defined himself as the sole figure of ‘solution’ in the country.
