Jon Stewart lists dozens of false statements made by the network. Lies about Obama’s healthcare plan and his connection to ACORN, fear mongering about “death panels” and the war on Christmas and talk of a “government takeover” — are just but a sliver of the numerous lies and falsehoods Fox has been diarrhea-ring for years.
Jon Stewart To Chris Wallace: A “Designed Ideological Agenda” Is “The Soup You Swim In”
We have been documenting Fox’s syphilitic, racist and malicious lying on this website since late 2006. Our “book” is thick with right-wing venom and terrorism.
Since 2004, Media Matters For America has compiled a “Library of Congress” size treasure trove of videographic evidence of conservative crooks, racists and bigots lying, race-baiting and issuing terroristic threats directed at blacks, latinos, Mexicans, immigrants, gays, abortion providers, everybody else they don’t like ….and veiled death threats to President Barack Obama.

2. Jon Stewart Gets It Right About Fox News: Fox News has attacked Daily Show host Jon Stewart for claiming that Fox News viewers are “the most consistently misinformed viewers” of cable news. However, Stewart was correct — Fox News consistently misinforms its viewers, and its viewers are found among the most likely to hold misinformed beliefs about current events.

Sphere: Related ContentEven Roger Ailes, Fox president and master race-baiter — has had it up to the neck with Glenn Beck. The fraudulent, blubbering baboon, who knew just how to please his audience of conservative suckers, has bitten the hand that feeds him — Rupert Murdoch’s criminally insane Fox News Channel.
Glenn Beck’s Fascist Chalk Board [ ENLARGE ]
For two years, after leaving CNN, Beck, a neo-Nazi shit-face — has been the chief lying, lunatic skunk at Fox News — replete with outrageous conspiracies and shameless anti-Obama race-baiting.
That’s what they do at Fox, preaching to an audience of “denialists,” “racists,” “bigots” and a plethora of ill-educated nin-compoops spread all over the “villages” of the United States.
But alas, stink-master Beck proved super-toxic even for a business model built on a premise of strong appeal to the racist juices of one third of America — the ideological remnants and descendants of confederate America.
Beck is still at Fox, but I doubt if he will linger around on TV, after all he has scooped multi-million dollars — while soothing the racist and/or hopelessly gullible souls of Republican America.
ADIOS Monster! ..and may you choke in your vomit!!

From challenging Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison to prove he isn’t working with Al-Qaida, to taking tearful stands against Barack Obama’s Democratic Reich, the self-described “rodeo clown” is pushing his televised tirades and skits closer to the angrier, more unhinged fare of his daily talk radio show, now ranked third nationally, where he has been honing his confessional Molotov-throwing shtick for a decade. The Grio: Lawsuits contesting President Obama’s birthplace have been routinely dismissed. The Supreme Court has declined to take up the issue. Hawaiian state officials have repeatedly offered to make copies of Obama’s birth certificate available (now for a fee). And mainstream GOP officials, including defrocked Republican National Committee Chair Michael Steele called the issue a “distraction.”

Yet the so-called “birther movement“, far from receding into the woodwork as the loony obsession of assorted kooks, cranks, and zanies, is still very much alive and well. A recent Public Policy Polling survey found that a slight majority of likely Republican primary voters think Obama was born outside the U.S. That number that has jumped during the past two years.
Why the continuing obsession with this nutty issue?
The answer is simple: to politically smear Obama. With the 2012 presidential elections gathering steam, the issue will loom even bigger since any GOP candidate will have to either keep silent on the issue, or at least give due deference to the movement. But that’s been the case all along. While GOP officials publicly disavow the birthers, they tacitly applaud them. [ READ MORE ]
Meanwhile, the billionaire Koch Brothers, the principle sponsors of the “tea-bagging movement” — are gearing for the 2012, and plan to spend big. They will contribute and steer a total of $88 million to conservative causes during the 2012 election cycle, according to sources, funding a new voter micro-targeting initiative, grassroots organizing efforts and television advertising campaigns.
Charles and David Koch are worth a reported $21.5 billion each, thanks to their stakes in Koch Industries, their privately owned oil, chemical and consumer products company. [ READ MORE ]
All in all, Richard Nixon’s “Southern Strategy” — a cynical racial scheme that plays “White Fears” to the hilt, is alive and well in 2011. It has served Republicans well over the years.
