Hillary and Bill Clinton are still seething and are planning to “take a dump” at the Democratic convention later on this month, if their ROLE is not properly negotiated.

She told a gathering of supporters last week that she’s looking for a “strategy” for her delegates to have their voices heard and “respected” at the Democratic National Convention — and did not rule out the possibility of having her name placed into nomination at the convention alongside Sen. Barack Obama’s.

Time Magazine reports that while in public Clinton is doing everything she’s been asked to help Obama, behind the scenes she secretely wishes Obama should lose.

Bill Clinton on the other hand seems to be very bitter that he was labeled a racist during the Democratic primary. Interviewed by ABC News in Monrovia, Liberia while on his world AIDS tour with his foundation, Mr. Clinton talked a bit about the role he played in the failed presidential bid of his wife. And he still seemed to be smoldering about his portrayal by the media and others….as a BIGOT.

“But I am not a racist,” he said. “I’ve never made a racist comment and I never attacked him (Obama) personally.” Asked if he thought Obama was ready to be president, Bill gave some lame excuse that “nobody is ever ready” and that the Constitution sets out qualifications for president.

For the last couple of months all the major polls have consistently shown Sen. Barack Obama with a 4-7 point lead over Sen. John McCain. The general election is three months away, and polls are just a snapshot in time. But when all the snapshots show Obama in the lead, it’s not a good omen for the McCain camp.

McCain is desperate to close the gap, and he is clutching at straws to come up with an issue that will resonate with the electorate. The desperation of the McCain campaign is manifest in their commercial comparing Obama to Paris Hilton and Britney Spears.

Sen. Barack Obama is a Harvard educated lawyer, a brilliant orator, an accomplished author, and the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. To compare Obama to the vacuous celeb twins is sinking to the gutter; McCain should be ashamed of himself.

That abominable political ad backfired — it made McCain look like a frustrated, jealous and bitter old man.

Recently Obama mentioned that if folks kept their tires properly inflated it would improve their gas mileage. That’s practical advice and it shouldn’t have caused a ripple in the political landscape, but that innocuous remark unleashed a tide of heated rhetoric from the Republicans.

McCain seized upon the “tire gauge” comment as if it were a political lifesaver. McCain has not missed an opportunity to mock Obama for his comments. You would think that Obama had advertised his tire comments as his complete energy conservation plan.

The Republican’s ally in the media, Fox News, has joined the crusade to mock Obama’s tire gauge remark. Recently FOX News listed gas saving tips, and keeping your tire pressure correct was at the top of the list.

A 25-year-old undocumented immigrant, Luis Ramirez, from Shenandoah, Pennsylvania suffered head injuries after he was viciously beaten July 12 by a pack of at least six teenagers. Ramirez was left in convulsions and foaming at the mouth. His attackers stomped him so hard that an imprint of the Jesus medallion he wore was embedded on his chest.

Authorities now allege that the thugs who beat Luis shouted racial and ethnic epithets. They’ve charged 16-year-old Brandon J. Piekarsky and 17-year-old Colin J. Walsh as adults with homicide and 18-year-old Derrick M. Donchak with aggravated assault. All three were charged with ethnic intimidation. John Donald Imus, Jr. Has a Long Record of Incendiary Remarks.

The latest:

On Monday, WABC anchor Warner Wolf read a report about footballer Adam “Packman” Jones dropping his nickname, “Pacman.” Wolf also mentioned that Jones had been arrested six times since he was drafted in 2005.

Imus then asked, “What color is he?”

“He’s African-American,” Wolf said.

“Well, there you go,” Imus said. “Now we know.”

Imus said through a spokesperson that he was misunderstood.

“I meant that he was being picked on because he’s black,” Imus said.

“I find the inference of [Imus'] remark disturbing because it plays into stereotypes,” said the Rev. Al Sharpton of the National Action Network, which was part of protests that led to Imus’ firing last year.

“I’m truly upset about the comments,” Jones said. “Obviously Mr. Imus has problems with African-Americans. I’m upset, and I hope the station he works for handles it accordingly. I will pray for him.”

Imus was fired last year for making racial comments about the Rutgers women’s basketball team.

Imus called the Rutgers University women’s basketball team “nappy-headed hos,” and for good measure the show’s executive producer, Bernard McGuirk, called the team “hard-core hos.” Later, former Imus sports announcer Sid Rosenberg, who was filling in for sportscaster Chris Carlin, said: “The more I look at Rutgers, they look exactly like the [National Basketball Association's] Toronto Raptors.”
