Borelli on Hannity: A “big message” in black community is “you are owed something… and don’t have to work hard“

Wrong! Blacks just want to work as hard as whites! Despite some “progress” over the years, racism and bigotry are still huge stumbling blocks staring at many in the black community.

Racist Fox News Mis-information THUG, Sean Hannity, is fond of parading “Uncle-Tom” blacks (people of color) on his show to disparage other blacks (people of color). Borelli is not the first, and unfortunately will not be the last person of color to be used and abused by whites who are bent on maintaining years of unfettered privilege — at all costs.

On MSNBC, congressman Alan Grayson,(D-FL) confronted the bully – Fox ‘News,’ saying that the GOP and Fox News are on the wrong side of the issues. They are the enemies of “anything good for this country,” he said. “What you do with a bully is you confront the bully and the bully backs down,” Grayson said. 99 percent of all Americans, he added, “have the good sense to ignore them.”

Meanwhile, Politico reports that representative Grayson has launched NamesOfTheDead.com, to honor the 44,000 people who die every year because they don’t have health insurance.

“I have created this project in their memory. I hope that honoring them will help us end this senseless loss of American lives,” Grayson writes on the site. “If you have lost a loved one, please share the story of that loved one with us. Help us ensure that their legacy is a more just America, where every life that can be saved will be saved.”

From The CaffertyFile: Rush Limbaugh is the face of the Republican Party – at least that’s how some Democrats want it.

White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel calls Limbaugh the “voice and intellectual force and energy” behind the GOP and Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says he’s “a national spokesperson for conservative views.” This after the radio host recently repeated his claim that he wants President Obama to fail.

It also comes at the same time as a dust-up within conservative ranks between Limbaugh and Michael Steele, chairman of the Republican National Committee. Over the weekend, Steele called Limbaugh an “entertainer” whose comments are “ugly.”

Needless to say, Limbaugh has had a field day with all the finger-pointing, going after both the Democrats and Steele on his radio show. Limbaugh insists he’s not in charge of the GOP and doesn’t want to be. He says considering the sad state of the Republican Party, he would quit if he were chairman.

As for Steele, the radio host also suggests he appears to be supporting President Obama and Nancy Pelosi and that he is being used by the “liberal media.”

Well, after Rush’s millions of listeners heard that one, it took Steele about 3 minutes to backpedal, reaching out to the right-wing radio host to say he was sorry…. that his words came out wrong, that he has enormous respect for Limbaugh…. and that what he actually meant was that a lot of people want to make Limbaugh the “bogeyman” when he’s not. Steele said today he has spoken with Limbaugh and quote “we are all good.”

NewsHounds.US: Sean Hannity finally made a show of distancing himself from one of his favorite African American guests, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson.

During last night’s (2/3/09) Hannity, Peterson announced, “I think we all agree that Barack Obama was elected by, mostly by black racists and white guilty people.”

Although Hannity professed to be shocked by Peterson’s remarks, he has a long history of making such statements in Hannity’s presence.

Also, Hannity is associated with Peterson’s organization, BOND, and gave no indication he would discontinue that association.
