It is now abundantly clear that the Clintons (Hillary and Bill) are still determined to see Barack Obama fail.

Devious Clinton surrogates are busy leaking “strategy” to McCain and throwing “stinky-dung” all over the political landscape, for example — Hillary’s former aide Howard Wolfson fanned the divisive flames Monday on ABC News, arguing that Hillary would have beaten Obama in Iowa and become the nominee if John Edwards’s love child scandal had come out last year — an assertion contradicted by a University of Iowa survey showing that far more Edwards supporters had Obama as their second choice.

Also, last week Hillary Clinton told a gathering of supporters that she’s looking for a “strategy” for her delegates to have their voices heard and “respected” at the Democratic National Convention — and did not rule out the possibility of having her name placed into nomination at the convention alongside Sen. Barack Obama’s. Time Magazine reports that while in public Clinton is doing everything she’s been asked to help Obama, behind the scenes she secretly wishes Obama should lose.

Old man McCain must be wetting his diapers over and over, at the thought of Hillary ruining it all for Obama, and he has been cashing in — for it is evident that 99% of McCain’s strategy comprises of the implementation of the Clinton “tid-bits” (that were never used in the Democratic primary) in his ads(eg. the Paris Hilton Ad), and frequently in his townhall declarations — that Obama “is not ready lead.

Also, an anonymous ‘smear‘ publication appeared on Tuesday in the Daily Mail, a notorious British tabloid, falsely professing that Obama has been exchanging e-mails, phone calls and text messages with George Clooney the actor, who has been supposedly advising Obama on everything from body language to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. George Clooney promptly denied the allegations, but not before the malicious email had spread worldwide like a virus, and was quickly picked up by The Drudge Report, a U.S.-based news aggregation website run by Matt Drudge, and television networks ranging from Fox News (Fake News) to NBC. The overall result served to bolster Republican candidate John McCain’s dubious contention that his rival Obama is a vapid “celebrity.” This conforms with McCain’s most recent juvenile and subliminal sexual fear-Mongering attacks on Obama, — [ READ MORE >> ]

McCain and Clinton are Sharks!

The “Clinton Thinking” has been sold to John McCain, in the hope that he wins this fall for a one term presidency, followed by a Clinton presidency in 2012. [ Remember what Clinton said during the Democratic primaries: "I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002." ]

Central to the negative tactics which the Clintons barely used, for fear of a backlash (even though they were urged to do so repeatedly by Mark Penn, Hillary’s egotistical “Chief-Strategist,) was to target Obama’s “lack of American roots” — All of these articles about his boyhood in Indonesia and his life in Hawaii are geared towards showing his background is diverse, multi cultural and putting that in a new light….Save it for 2050, one memo reads.

Adding: Obama’s basic American values and culture are at best limited — America will not elect a president during a time of war who is not at his center fundamentally American in his thinking and in his values. That Obama told the people of New Hampshire that he has a Kansas accent because his mother was from there, is nonsense and a cover-up — because his mother lived in many states as far as the Clinton team could can tell.

Joshua Glenn of “The Atlantic” approached a number of current and former Clinton staffers and outside consultants and asked them to share memos, e-mails, meeting minutes, diaries—anything that would offer a contemporaneous account. Almost all gleefully acquiesced. Glenn says: “The result demonstrates that paranoid dysfunction breeds the impulse to hoard. Everything from major strategic plans to bitchy staff e-mail feuds was handed over.” (See for yourself: much of it is posted online at www.theatlantic.com/clinton, and he sums up the Clinton mess blow by blow here — The Front-Runner’s Fall

The Clintons will not accept that they lost to Obama due to poor strategy, racism, toxic dis-organization worsened by a clash of personalities — feuding and bickering all the way to defeat. Experts generally agree that Clinton’s campaign was not prepared for a lengthy fight; it had an insufficient delegate operation; it squandered vast sums of money; and the candidate herself evinced a paralyzing schizophrenia. Ma Clinton ran a deeply flawed campaign — run haphazardly by a “Junta” of discombobulated advisors and an uncontrollable Bill Clinton — who “pissed on himself” often….from the South Carolina primaries onwards.

…..and now, their last shot is to mess up Obama’s up-coming Denver convention, amidst calls to GOD from the far-right lunatics, for a heavy downpour to ruin Barack Obama’s outdoor nomination-acceptance speech at Invesco Field (Capacity 75,000) at Mile High, in Denver, scheduled to be held later this month. By speaking on two consequitive days, Hillary on Tuesday and Bill on Wednesday, these two intend to dominate the convention, and will try their best to make it a “Clinton convention.”

That’s how selfish and devious these two are — Bill and Hillary!

A right-wing “GOD Goon” prays for torrential at the DNC convention

Hillary’s orchestrating a play within the play in Denver. Just as Hamlet used the device to show that his stepfather murdered his father, Hillary will try to show the Democrats they chose the wrong savior. — Maureen Dowd, New York Times

Maureen adds: “Hillary Clinton feels no guilt about encouraging her supporters to mess up Barack Obama’s big moment, thus undermining his odds of beating John McCain. You can almost hear her mind whirring: She’s amazed at how easy it was to snatch Denver away from the Obama saps. Like taking candy from a baby, except Bean pole Guy doesn’t eat candy. In just a couple of weeks, Bill and Hill were able to drag No Drama Obama into a swamp of Clinton drama.

Now they’ve made Barry’s convention all about them — their dissatisfaction and revisionism and barely disguised desire to see him fail. Whatever insincere words of support the Clintons muster, their primal scream gets louder: He can’t win! He can’t close the deal! We told you so! Yes she can!” ….[ READ MORE >> ]

…and E.J Dionne of the Washington Post adds: “Clinton must know that she could have won the Democratic nomination with a more coherent strategy. And her own campaigning for Obama suggests she understands that the actual nominee should not have to inherit her campaign’s circular firing squads. Much depends upon whether she can now persuade her followers to grant Obama’s nomination a legitimacy that her own campaign worked so hard to deny him.” — [ READ MORE >> ]

John Edwards Endorses Barack Obama

John Edwards today endorsed Sen. Obama in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

As Edwards was endorsing Obama, Senator Clinton was meeting with donors — right after her big win last Tuesday in “Bigot Land,” West Virginia.

Superb timing for Obama — essentially a “Double whammy,” that completely mutes the discussion of Clinton’s West Virginia win over the air-waves.

While endorsing Obama Edwards said: “Brothers and sisters, we must come together as Democrats to defeat McCain.” “We are here tonight because the Democratic voters have made their choice, and so have I.” Obama “stands with me” in a fight to cut poverty in half within 10 years.

“The Democratic voters of America have made their choice and so have I,” he told the rally, citing Obama’s “bold leadership” and his commitment to “lasting change.”

Obama, he said, citing his own signature phrase, “knows in his heart that it is time to create one America, not two.”

Most important — is that Edwards has 18 pledged delegates, who may end up voting for Obama — negating the net 12 delegates Clinton collected in West Virginia on Tuesday.
