Analysts expect the Republicans to scour Mr Obama’s Kenyan links to find anything that they can use against him. يتوقع المحللون ان الجمهوريين الى نظف السيد اوباما الكيني للوصلات إلى ايجاد أي شيء يمكن ان تستخدم ضده.

Some of the most widely circulated allegations originated last month in a chain e-mail from Celeste Davis, an American Christian missionary who, together with her husband Loren Davis, claims to have worked in Kenya for 12 years. بعض من اكثر تعميمها على نطاق واسع الادعاءات التي نشأت في الشهر الماضي في سلسلة من البريد الالكتروني سيليست ديفيس ، وهو امريكى من التبشيريه المسيحيه ، جنبا الى جنب مع زوجها لورين ديفيس ، انه قد عملت في كينيا منذ 12 عاما.

Nairobi-based political scientist, Tom Wolf, an American, said that the Internet smear campaign against Mr Obama was an act of desperation. يقع مقرها في نيروبي في العلوم السياسية ، توم وولف ، هم اميركي وقال ان شبكة الانترنت حملة تشويه ضد السيد اوباما كان عملا من اعمال الياس.

“It just shows how desperate the Republicans are that Obama is viewed as a serious threat that they would have to use such irrelevant campaign tactics. Mr Lone, however, claimed that Mr Odinga and Senator Obama were related by blood and came from the same clan. السيد وحيد ، غير انه ادعى ان السيد اودينغا والسناتور اوباما صلة الدم ، وجاءت من نفس القبيلة.

“It is true that the Prime Minister and the senator are related. "صحيح ان رئيس الوزراء وعضو مجلس الشيوخ ذات الصلة. Mr Gaynor says “ the Kenya card ” involves unspecified connections between the Kenyan-American senator and “the radical Kenyan prime minister.” ويقول السيد gaynor "بطاقه كينيا" غير محددة تنطوي على الصلات القائمة بين الكينيه - السناتور الاميركي و "الراديكاليه الكينيه رئيس الوزراء."

An author who succeeded in smearing Democratic Senator John Kerry in the 2004 US presidential race may also make negative use of Senator Obama’s Kenyan heritage. الكاتب نجح في التلطيخ من عضو مجلس الشيوخ الديمقراطى جون كيرى فى سباق الرئاسة الامريكية عام 2004 قد تجعل من استخدام السلبي السناتور اوباما الكيني للتراث.

A February 27 report by the ا 27 شباط / فبراير لتقرير من McClatchy-Tribune News Service in the US says that author Jerome Corsi intends to research “Obama’s connections to Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga and Odinga’s ties to Muslim groups.” Mcclatchy منبر الخدمة الاخباريه في الولايات المتحدة تقول ان المؤلف جيروم corsi يعتزم البحث "اوباما وصلات للزعيم المعارضة الكينيه raila اودينغا واودينغا لعلاقات الجماعات الاسلامية".

Mr Corsi wrote كتب السيد corsi Unfit for Command , a text effectively used by Republican Party partisans seeking to discredit Senator Kerry’s service in the US military during the Vietnam war. غير صالحة للقيادة ، نص استخدامها بطريقة فعالة من جانب الحزب الجمهوري ، الحزبيه والتي تسعى الى تشويه السناتور كيري في الخدمة العسكرية الاميركية خلال حرب فيتنام.

Evidence assembled by Mr Kerry and his supporters showed that these charges were either الادله التي جمعتها السيد كيري وانصاره ، واظهرت ان هذه الاتهامات كانت إما exaggerated or flatly false . بكل بساطة كاذبة او مبالغ فيها.

The Davises’ allegations concerning Senator Obama and Mr Odinga “are all kinds of false,” states an online commentator for The New Republic, a respected US political magazine. وقد davises 'الادعاءات المتعلقة اوباما عضو مجلس الشيوخ والسيد اودينغا" هي جميع انواع كاذبة "على شبكة الانترنت المعلق الدول للجمهورية الجديدة ، محترمه ، مجلة السياسية في الولايات المتحدة.

Politifact , a political accuracy check maintained by two reputable and non-partisan publications – The St Petersburg (Florida) Times and Congressional Quarterly – published a detailed rebuttal of the Davises’ claims in a May 2 analysis by researcher Amy Hollyfield. He said the group the Davises say gave the money to ODM does not exist, Politifact reports, citing several US election campaign monitoring organisations, including one sponsored by the US government. وقال الفريق davises أقول اعطى المال لodm لا وجود له ، politifact التقارير ، مشيرة الى عدة الحملة الانتخابية من دولارات الولايات المتحدة للرصد والمنظمات ، بما فيها واحد المقدم من حكومة الولايات المتحدة.

Politifact also investigated the Davises’ claim that Mr Obama is a cousin of Mr Odinga. Politifact ايضا بالتحقيق فى davises مطالبة اوباما ان السيد هو ابن عم السيد اودينغا.

That assertion is based on a BBC interview in January in which Mr Odinga said, “Barack Obama’s father is my maternal uncle.” هذا التأكيد يستند الى مقابلات مع هيئة الاذاعة البريطانية في كانون الثاني / يناير في اودينغا السيد الذي قال : "باراك اوباما والد العم هو بلدي الام".

“To my knowledge, they are not first cousins in the normal sense,” Kenya election expert Joel Barkan, a professor emeritus at the University of Iowa, told Politifact.
