Prof Noam Chomsky الاستاذ ناعوم تشومسكي persuasively presents the case that American foreign policy and conduct is premised on, and driven by, a maniacal quest for global hegemony. ويعرض القضية بشكل مقنع ان السياسة الخارجية الاميركية وإجراء يقوم على اساس ، ويقودها ، جنوني السعي من أجل الهيمنة العالمية. This hegemonic pursuit is mostly, unrestrained by International law or ethic, and is driven by its own internal logic. هذا هو غالبا السعي الى الهيمنة ، وغير المقيد من جانب القانون الدولي او اخلاقيات ، ويقودها المنطق الداخلي الخاص بها. It is driven by ideology (partly), but mostly by internal domestic corporate considerations. ومن يقودها ايديولوجيه (جزئيا) ، ولكن في الغالب من جانب الشركات المحلية الاعتبارات الداخلية. The hope bit, represents all things to all people, and, thus simultaneously, both enticing, and, or, vacuous in policy content. الامل قليلا ، ويمثل كل الاشياء لجميع الناس ، وبالتالي في وقت واحد ، على حد سواء تحريضيه ، و، او ، في السياسة بلا معنى ما ورد فيها.

Common sense الحس السليم
