A Soldiers Truth — Airman First Class Randy Hose served two tours of duty in the Middle East. Hear in his own words, what he feels about the on-going war in the Middle East.

Are You Better Off — Ronald Reagan once asked American’s “are you better off than you were four years ago?” We think it is a question that needs to be asked again. When you see the results of what eight years of Republican policies have created in this country and abroad, it’s shocking.

Cost of War — In all the talk about whether or not we went to war in Iraq under false pretenses, what is overlooked is the cost. Currently, we have spent 900 billion dollars more than the Republican administration said we would. Considering that it is costing us $350 million dollars a day, what will another three years cost us?

Economic Facts — Anyone who works with budgets knows, you can’t keep spending enormous sums on weapons and war and not have it affect what you can fund in education and health care. The Republicans have saddled us with the largest debt in this nation’s history. We cannot keep fighting an endless war and giving tax breaks to the wealthy.

Only in America — Only in America could a man like Barack Obama aspire to be the nominee of the Democratic Party for President. In this heartfelt message, a Hispanic voter, Manuel Roybal, recounts what it means to him to support Barack Obama for President.

The Maverick — John McCain likes to say he’s a Maverick, but if you look at his voting record he is a staunch supporter of President Bush’s policies. His current policy pronouncements are carrying forward or increasing the impact of the failed policies of the last eight years.

Who Do You Trust — McCain makes a lot of noise about “experience” but in our minds the real question that needs to be asked is what decisions the next President will make on the crucial issues of these times. Based on what McCain has supported in the past how can you trust him to make different choices than George W. Bush has made for the past eight years?

Womens Choice — All those that supported Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primaries are now being asked by Senator Clinton to support Barack Obama for President. Considering John McCain’s lack of support for Supreme Court nominees that will uphold women’s rights, the choice is clear.
